She started to call realtors to get some input on the area and what was available to buy or build on and luckily she found Michelle. They spent a lot of time on the phone, at times in the evening after hours, before we even crossed state lines. Needless to say she met with us immediately after we got settled in our rental and showed us many homes, taking the time to tell us pros and cons of the location, the setting, price point etc. In the end we settled on building a brand new home and couldn't be happier and thank Michelle for guiding us along the way. She really is a good person, and even a great realtor. Someone easy to talk to. She has been in the Carolina’s since 2006. She really knows her stuff and the surrounding areas. When I have any questions about a property she is right on top of things. She has a wealth of knowledge, and a lot of good resources and connections for everything related to buying a house. If you ever need anything related to a house she probably Has someone that will pick up the phone or even call you. 10/10. Would recommend.
